Buying a house is a major investment and one that you need to make an informed decision about. It is important to have an impartial survey early in the house buying process which tells you what you need to know about the property you are about to buy. Ordinarily we will devote a whole day to your survey - researching the property, the inspection, writing the report and discussing it with you.

  • Deliver a comprehensive and jargon-free report
  • Identify any major problems with the property
  • Highlight any areas of concern that need further investigation
  • Explain any repairs that are needed over the phone or in person
  • Identify matters on site that your solicitor may need to investigate
